Silent Hill 3 Douglas in Underpants

Beat the game then highlight New Game (Extra) and enter the old Konami code: press UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, CIRCLE, X. Select your difficulties and a sound will verify the code.

Using any memory card with a finised/game cleared file from Silent Hill 2 will cause some retroactive interactivity when Heather investigates some areas of the game.

Silent Hill 3 Unlock Action Level Extreme

Beat the game on Hard Mode to earn Action Level Extreme 1. The options go all the way to Extreme X, or 10. The game becomes insanely difficult as the Extreme levels rise.

Silent Hill 3 Get Possessed Ending

Finish the game, replay it on any difficulty setting, and defeat as many enemies as possible and choose the forgive decision in the last areas of the game.

Silent Hill 3 Unlock Beginner Difficulty

Dying twice on Normal unlocks Beginner Difficulty which can only be found on the Extra Option menu.

Silent Hill 3 Extra Options

Press L1 or R1 at the option screen to go to an extra option screen. Finish the game to earn even more options here, including the ammo multiplier. (Reload a save file before the last boss and beat it again and again to increase this multiplier faster.) To get the life bar meter option here, finish the game on both the hard action level and the hard puzzle level.

Silent Hill 3 Extra Weapons and Items

These are the secret weapons and items:

Beam Saber and Flamethrower Set - Finish the game twice to be able to find these secret weapons when replaying the game. (They are enabled one by one, for each time the game is finished.) Both are found in the mall. The beam saber is on the last jammed door in the second-floor hallway with the storerooms. The flamethrower is in the bakery.

Infinite Submachinegun - Beat the last boss by using any hand-to-hand melee attack for the killing blow. Now find this secret weapon in the alley just after the start of the game.

Gold Pipe and Silver Pipe Set - Finish the game at least once, and when playing it again, after getting rid of the pool monster in the sewers, drop the steel pipe in the pool, and then answer the questions honestly to get both of these secret weapons.

Transform Shirt - Finish the game twice, and then enter the costume code "PrincessHeart" (case-sensitive).

Laser Beam and Sexy Beam - Keep playing the game, finishing it on the various difficulty settings and by beating about 350 enemies totaled across repeated plays. Now Heather can shoot laser beams when attacking without equipping any weapon. Use the transform shirt (see above) to upgrade the laser beam to the sexy beam.

Transcience Shirt - Finish the game at least once, and when playing it again, get the UFO revenge ending by beating as many enemies as possible with the laser beam or sexy beam (see above) before reaching the apartment home, and then enter the costume code "ShogyouMujou" (case-sensitive).
